Very amiable staff and the place was overall clean. We really enjoyed the stay, my room was beautifully maintained with a nice spa bath, good overhead, clean beds. The hotel had an unbeatable location really close to a national gallery. The restaurant was located within 300 metres.
There were uncomfortable beds in our room.

Well presented hotel, I truly enjoyed its central location really close to main rail station as well as the port and main rail station. My room included a laptop-size safe, a minibar, and central heating. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of goodies. The service was all in all great. Had a really good time.

I had a really good experience here, everything was really good, the location was amazing near to many tourist sights and the metro station, public transport, shops and restaurants, and Naples most famous tourist attractions. The room was brand-new, decent sized and had a laptop-size safe, a minibar, and central heating. Bed & pillows were comfortable, I slept well;))

Stylish hotel, 4 stars. New-fashioned room with a nice spa bath and the bedroom plus good overhead, soft drinks in the on-site bar. A nice decor. Extra care from the affable staff. Magnificent and marvellous location a couple of blocks away from a lavish cathedral.

The hotel was fairly clean and in an incredible location, the staff were attentive. Asked for the double room and it was ready when we arrived. You could leave a car in the area. Naples Historical Centre district was worth staying in.

The breakfast was light with coffee, eggs, hot waffles, tea and cheese, the bed was perfect. Everything was amazing as expected, but the bathroom was grubby. Pool was great and there was a trendy restaurant on site. All I could ask for, good value.
